Important Notice Before Booking
1. Who are We?
Seoul Greeters are local volunteers who love sharing the beauty and culture of our city.
We come from various backgrounds and ages — what unites us is our passion for welcoming guests!
(We do not disclose individual greeters’ personal details.)
2. Communication & Confirmation
Once you receive a message from a greeter, we kindly ask you to:

Reply within 3 days to confirm your interest

Send a final confirmation at least 24 hours before your tour
If there’s no reply, the greeter may cancel the tour to open space for others.
3. Cost & Personal Expenses
All listed tours on our homepage are free of charge.
However, we kindly ask you to cover any personal expenses during the tour — including the greeter’s transportation, entry fees, and meals, if applicable.
4. Photos & Sharing
We may take photos during the tour and share them on our website or Facebook.
Let us know if you’d prefer not to be photographed — we fully respect your privacy!
